Your enquiry stays with you until you send it

The website’s “Copy enquiry brief” tool prepares a message in your browser. It copies the message to your clipboard, or displays it for you to copy. It does not submit the information to us, save it to a website database or automatically send an email. You choose whether to paste it into an email or another message and send it.

The tool asks for your service of interest, property or suburb and question. Please include only what is needed for an initial discussion; avoid identification documents, financial account details or sensitive information.

When you contact Scott

If you email, telephone or send a message, the information you choose to provide may include your name, contact details, property information and the content of your enquiry. We use that information to respond, discuss the requested advice or service and maintain relevant correspondence. You can ask a general question without identifying yourself, although we may need contact or property details to provide a specific response.

Enquiry correspondence is handled through the communication service you use and our business communication systems. Relevant service providers may process it to deliver and store those communications. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or with your permission to progress an engagement.

Website hosting and technical information

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver, secure and operate the website. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside Australia; this website notice does not confirm individual hosting or email storage locations.

Links to research sources and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The rooming-house map subscription is currently an expression-of-interest offer. This website does not currently collect card details, take payments or create subscription accounts. We will update this notice when website features or information handling change.
